Victorian Artefacts

Year 7 were visited by a Victorian-style farmer who brought a selection of artefacts for them to investigate.

They discussed the differences between living now and in a Victorian farm cottage; also whether they would prefer living now or in Victorian times. Some of the artefacts were difficult to identify but we got there in the end. All year 7s were very glad the 'tin bath' was not used any more, modern bathrooms were a winner!
