Year 4 is very privileged to be able to participate in a Music Scheme run by SELB called “Musical Pathways to Learning” this year where every child is learning to play a stringed instrument: Violin, Viola, ‘Cello and Double Bass.  

So far the children have really enjoyed all the listening and musical activities leading up to obtaining and playing their instruments.

This is a year-long programme, at the end of which, Year 4 will perform as a group ‘orchestra’ in a concert for parents and friends.
