In Assembly today, Mrs McGuire reminded us that bullying is when someone chooses to be unkind to someone else.
This year’s theme is 'Power for Good' encouraging us to use our power in positive ways:
✅ Show kindness to others
✅ Speak up when we see unkind behaviour
Together, we can make a difference and use our Power for Good!
A big thank you to Constable Emma and Constable Andy who joined us in Assembly today to talk to the pupils about staying safe over Halloween. 🕸️🍬
They shared lots of helpful advice on how to enjoy Halloween responsibly, from trick-or-treating tips to firework safety. The children loved having them in school and learned so much! 💡🎆
Stay safe and have a spooktacular Halloween! 👻🧙♀️🧛♂️
Well done to all of our Golden Pupil Award Winners who received a certificate and a prize for keeping the Golden Rule ‘We are honest’

Ten lucky pupils have been selected to become Dream Space Ambassadors, working in partnership with W5 Life, Belfast.
The Dream Space Ambassador Programme trains students to become STEM leaders in their schools and communities. These lucky pupils will gain skills in coding, robotics, and problem-solving and then support and mentor their peers, families and teachers through demos and training sessions.
The newly appointed Dream Space Ambassadors will take part in their first live online training session on Tuesday 21st October, focusing on coding. This session will be delivered by the expert team at W5 Life and promises to be an inspiring start to their journey. We wish them all the best as they begin this fantastic opportunity!

We are delighted to introduce our wonderful new Year 6 and Year 7 Wellbeing Ambassadors for this school year. These pupils have been chosen for their kindness, leadership and commitment to making our school a better and happier place for everyone.
They’ll be working alongside Miss McKernan in helping with school events, supporting younger pupils and sharing ideas to make our school community even stronger. We know that they will do a fantastic job! 💫
