The School Day
The first bell rings at 8.45am and Yr 1 - Yr 7 children enter school via the main entrance at Reception. Nursery pupils enter via the Nursery entrance. Pupils or parents are not permitted to enter the building until the first bell rings. A second bell rings at 8.55am and Yr 1 - Yr 7 pupils line up in their playgrounds and are collected by their teacher. Pupils must be seated in class when the 9.00am bell rings. Children arriving at School prior to 8.45am will not be supervised. Please note on wet days pupil will go straight into class on arrival.
(The only pupils allowed into the building before the 8.45am bell rings are those Year 1 - 7 pupils attending Breakfast Club)
We encourage punctuality but discourage standing outside in the cold/wet too long before the bell.
Nursery: 9.00am - 1.30pm
Yr 1 - Yr 2: 9.00am - 2.00pm
Yr 3: 9.00am - 3.00pm (Mon - Wed) 9.00am - 2.00pm (Thurs & Fri)
Yr 4 - Yr 7: 9.00am - 3.00pm
Mid-morning Break: 10.30am - 10.45am
Lunch Break:
12.15pm - 1.00pm
Older children may remain for Extra-Curricular Activities with Parental permission.
