In the kitchen with Year 5
The Year 5 class participated in a four week cookery programme at Drumcree College. This was linked to the Year 5’s World Around Us topic of “Change”. The children really enjoyed showcasing their skills in the Home Economics room. During their time at the college they also got the opportunity to learn new culinary skills and recipes.They also sampled a range of tasty treats. Mr Skeffington and the Year 5's would like to thank Mrs McCague, Mrs Hendron, Carmel and Mrs McGibbon for making our visits very enjoyable and memorable. We hope to come back for a visit soon.
