It encourages and helps families to get out their bicycles and check them over to make sure they are in good condition and safe to ride.

Week 5 activity is called ‘NATURE WALK’ (see attached worksheet). It is a very simple activity to encourage you and your family to go for a walk in your local area, collect nature items along the way and create something with those items when you get home. There is also a link to the Daily Mile website with lots of other excellent ideas.
