Gruffalo Party! We have been learning the story of ‘The Gruffalo’ in Literacy this week. The Gruffalo invited us to his party! We had orange eyes, scrambled snake, poisinous warts, terrible tusks and Gruffalo brownie to eat whilst watching the Gruffalo movie!!

PE - We had so much fun preparing for our sport’s day races today moving around different stations!

Numeracy - Super Subtraction! We can subtract within 20 using counters, cubes, number lines and counting back in our heads! Well done Year 2⭐️

Shared Education - Session 2 - We had a fantastic day playing with our friends from Bocombra PS in the sunshine! We are both learning about Safari as our topic so we had lots of fun dancing to the ‘Waka Waka’, playing outdoors and in our classrooms at the safari role play area! We can’t wait to see our friends again at our next session in the People’s Park!

Shared Education - Session 1 - We had so much fun visiting our friends at Bocombra PS. We enjoyed getting to know each other activities and playing in their amazing quary garden and adventure trail!

Mr Hullabaloo’s Theatre Show came to our school today! We really enjoyed listening to the puppets tell lots of stories!
