Extended Schools
Ballyoran Primary School receives extra funding as part of the Department of Education's Extended School’s initiative to bring about improvement for pupils in areas of social deprivation by extending the programme that the school offers outside normal school hours. This has allowed us to operate a Breakfast Club, ICT Club, Gaelic Club, Soccer Club and provide interventions to pupils through Reading Partnership and Numeracy Catch Up.
