First Holy Communion

Twenty-two Primary Four pupils made their First Holy Communion at a service in St. John's Church on Saturday 21st May 2011.  Father O'Dwyer led the service which all the communicants took part in - doing readings, prayers and prsenting the gifts.  The school Choir, ably conducted by Mrs McCreesh-West and accompanied by Mrs Warke led the music.  The church was well filled with family and friends of the pupils.  The communicants and their family and friends were invited back to the school after the service for a special Celebration.  Well done to everyone involved in this very special day in the life of our school.
