P4 Step Out With Skooter for Road Safety Walk

On Monday 8th November, P4 pupils participated in a follow up Practical Child Pedestrian Training Scheme for Road Safety which they began participating in last year in P3. Organised by the D.O.E. Road Safety Education Officer Service in association with Ballyoran Primary School, the pupils enjoyed an informative pedestrian walk along the Garvaghy Road to develop their awareness and understanding of their road environment, develop pedestrian skills whilst learning about observing dangers and how to cross the road safely.
