St Patrick's Day Assembly
We had a lovely morning in Assembly celebrating St Patrick. Mrs McGuire shared the story of St Patrick's life followed by a quiz! Five pupils from Year 3 read a poem called The Five Shamrocks. Niamh from Year 5 danced two jigs. Mrs McConville played a few tunes on the tin whistle. Our Year 6 pupils sang an old Irish folk song called 'The Rattlin' Bog'. Finally, our Year 2 pupils wore crowns and masks whilst singing 'I'm a little Leprechaun'.
