Term 1

For our People Who Help Us topic, we had a special visit from Royal Mail. We heard about the scanners they use for parcels and the red cards they leave if we aren’t at home. As a special treat we got to see the Royal Mail post van.

As we head into Autumn we have been talking about things we might see. We did sponge painting patterns using Autumn colours. We also went for a walk around the playgrounds to find and collect leaves. We sorted them into colours and then enjoyed making our own leaf collage picture.

We have been having fun during cookery sessions making lots of different things to enjoy! We have made white chocolate cornflake buns, tomato sauce with cheese and pizza wraps.
