Term 1B
There was a special visitor in class today... we also had a disco and played pass the parcel. What a SUPER way to end the first term in Year 3!
We made crowns for our yummy Christmas dinner in school!
This week we had Dogs Trusting our classroom and we learnt some super rules about how to stay safe around dogs and how to keep dogs happy.
On Thursday we started a new topic learning about fractions. We learnt about half and quarter fractions and had so much fun putting the topics on pizzas to show half fractions.
I would like to proudly introduce you to Ballyoran’s Mathletics champions for the month of October- Year 3! What SUPERSTARS!
This week we have been sorting things on venn and Carroll diagrams. Today we sorted shapes into different criteria.
