Thursday 15th December | We had a very special visitor in school today...
Wednesday 14th December | I would like to proudly introduce, the Mathletics Champions for November! Our class scored the most points on Mathletics for the month of November and we couldn’t be happier! We had lots of bronze certificates, 9 silver certificates and 1 incredible GOLD CERTIFCATE! We are all so proud of Cerys working so hard to achieve her gold! Miss Baird is beaming with joy at such a smart bunch of year three boys and girls! WELL DONE!
Wednesday 30th November | Today we did some outdoor learning around the topic of length. We compared lengths of sticks we found in the outdoor classroom. We used mathematical language such as long, short, longer, shorter, the same as and we ordered our sticks from longest to shortest.
Friday 18th November | In school today we were raising money for Children in Need. We wore spotty clothes, had crazy hair and had a bun sale. Well done everyone for raising money for such a special charity.
Tuesday 15th November | Today our school collected in all the shoe boxes for Samaritan’s Purse. Well done to everyone who brought in a shoe box. We know lots of boys and girls in Ukraine will be so excited to see the wonderful gifts the boys and girls from Ballyoran have donated.
