  • Dance-A-Thon

    On Friday 26th February 2016, we had our NSPCC fundraiser.  Children have been raising money for this very worthwhile charity through sponsorship and they took part in a ‘Dance-a-thon’.  Local dance teacher, Kirstie Toman, spent the day in school doing dance sessions with the children.  A big thank you to all parents and children for their effort.

  • Board of Governors mark Mrs Tedford’s Retirement

    The Board of Governors hosted a special presentation to Mrs Tedford on Thursday 4th February 2016 to mark her retirement after 27 years as secretary at Ballyoran Primary School.

  • Second Place in Credit Union Quiz

    Well done to our Year 6 and 7 Credit Union Quiz Team who came second in the Credit Union Quiz at Drumcree Pastoral Centre on Monday 1st February 2016.  At the end of 10 rounds Ballyoran was neck and neck with Presentation and it took 5 Tie Breaker Rounds to get a winner which was Presentation on this occasion.  We are very proud of our team who were great ambassadors for the school.
