Well done to the pupil who shared the award she won for Speech and Language, which she received outside of school.

Well done to those who received a Mathletics certificate in assembly this morning, including pupils who received Gold awards. 

Congratulations to all the pupils who received Accelerated Reader awards in assembly this morning, including those who were awarded Gold and Bronze certificates. Two pupils also collected Word Millionaire awards. 

Well done to everyone who received a Golden Pupil award in assembly today.

In assembly today, we had a visit from some RNLI lifeguards. They taught us about how to recognise a lifeguard, the meaning of the flags and what to do if we get into difficulty when swimming. We also learnt about which beaches are lifeguarded beaches, the dangers of currents and how to stay safe in the sun! 

Mrs Sloan, our secretary left us on Friday.  We want to thank her for all her hard work, commitment and dedication to the school over the last two and half years and also for the very pleasant and welcoming way that she ran the office.  We wish her well in her new job.

Congratulations to the pupils who were the overall winners for Foundation Stage, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two for the Easter Art Competition. Their art had been framed and was displayed in the church over Easter. 

Well done to the classes who won our attendance competition for the month of April.
