    The following dates are planned in relation to Year 4 First Holy Communion:

    • Wednesday 23rd September 2020 - First Confession at 6pm in St John's Church
    • Saturday 26th September 2020 - First Holy Communion at 11am in St John's Church

    More information will be provided to parents when school reopens

    Mathletics Top 10 (15th June – 21st June)

    Again, some of our pupils have been extremely busy. 

    Well done in particular to the Millar family who have managed to secure first and second place on the Top 10 leader board.

    Mathletics Top 10 – The high scores just keep getting higher.

    (8th – 14th June)

     

    Well done to all our pupils who are maintaining their efforts with Mathletics.  Your teachers are checking in each week to watch your progress.

    As a school, this week over 105 hours was spent on Mathletics with some children spending over 9 hours over the course of the week.  Keep this up.

    We have yet another pupil achieving their Gold Certificate.  Super work from Caitlin K in Year 6.  Keep this up Caitlin.

    Mathletics Top 10 (1st June - 7th June)

     

    We have had the highest individual weekly score yet.  Fantastic work Ethan 3, achieving 16,064 points in one week, followed closely by Davidas 6 with 15, 090 points.  Super work boys.  In fact, the Top 5 pupils all scored over 12,000 points – a great achievement in one week.

    A big well done to all our pupils who made it into the Top 10 this week:

    Year 3 were the class with the greatest amount of time spent on Mathletics having clocked up over 30 hours collectively over the course of the week.

     

    Great work from the following pupils having also achieved their Silver Certificate this week – Caoimhin 2, Jamie Mc N 3, Thomas W 4, Henrique 6B and Nayara 6B.  You are one step closer to your Gold Certificate.  Keep up the good work.

    An amazing effort by 3 pupils this week, having spent at least 6 hours on Mathletics and gaining over 15,000 points in one week.  Superb work from Davidas 6, Ethan 3 and Denas 3 in particular.

  • Year 7 Transition Resources

    Moving from Primary school to Post Primary school is a a major experience in the life of any child.  Each year to help our P7 pupils with the transition, the EA Education Welfare Service come into school and do a 'Moving on Moving Up' workshop.  Due to school closure this is not possible this year.
